Well, well, well…amazing what things you hear when the microphone is on nobody realizes it – especially the presidents of France and the United States, who recently attended a G-20 meeting in Europe and shared what they thought was a private conversation regarding Israeli Prime Minister Bibi Netanyahu.
The conversation then drifted to Netanyahu, at which time Sarkozy declared: “I cannot stand him. He is a liar.”
According to the report, Obama replied: “You’re fed up with him, but I have to deal with him every day!”
The remark was naturally meant to be said in confidence, but the two leaders’ microphones were accidently left on, making the would-be private comment embarrassingly public.
I can understand Sarkozy’s aversion to Israel – in true, cheese-eating-surrender-monkey fashion, France has pretty much embraced Islam as it accepts its demographic destiny: the Gallic French are no longer having babies and their population is dying. Instead, the Islamic Nouveau Français are replacing them at a rate that would make rabbits blush.
I can also understand Obama’s aversion to Israel: it is an uncomfortable reminder that (a) there is a God and (b) there is evil in this world that hates God. As such, Israel – and ultimately those Jews who hew to the faith of Abraham and Moses – are a stumbling block. For as long as they exist, the foundation of Judeo-Christian civilization remains intact, a fact no Materialist – least of all, Barack Obama – can tolerate.
