Here is Volume 15 of “Simon’s Edge,” previously called “Simon Says Weatherwise & Otherwise,” an out-of-box and alternative collection of news link substantiated intelligence on the subjects of climate, weather, technology, financial investments/commodities, socio-economic and health-related risks, issues, ideas, potential “Black Swans” and insights to help gain Bulldog Pundit readers an ‘edge’ in the onslaught of news from around the world.
“MIDNIGHT GARDENING” MAY BE THE BEST WAY TO STORE HIGHLY PORTABLE WEALTH
Gold is a volatile commodity for the time being – although that will change when it’s reinstituted as money. Hear what Doug Casey has to say, including “We’re headed into perhaps the most tumultuous time in modern history [and] it’s critical to own a good amount of physical gold [and silver]”
HIDDEN CAMERA WATER FLUORIDATION VIDEO
Stunning secret video footage showing how the toxic chemical fluoride (actually fluorosilicic acid) is dumped into the public water supply in Austin, Texas. The secret footage reveals pipes so corroded by the highly-corrosive fluoride chemical that they have quite obviously needed aggressive repairs just to keep the liquid chemical flowing. Watch this undercover video footage, which was taken without the permission of Austin water authorities – it’s an eye-opener for many who don’t know about fluoride dangers.
FUKUSHIMA NOW RADIATING EVERYONE: ‘UNSPEAKABLE’ REALITY ‘WILL IMPACT ALL OF HUMANITY’
Much of the media has pulled curtains over the Fukushima story. But the realities of the Japanese catastrophe must be exposed: this ‘60-Minutes’ program, during which leading nuclear scientist Dr. Michio Kaku said radiation from Fukushima will impact all of humanity, shows how the nuclear energy power industry violation of the right to health is apparent throughout this shocking report.
RAINWATER HARVESTING – HOW IT WILL YET AGAIN BECOME A ‘NEW’ FAD (BUT OUT OF NECESSITY)
But, this article is promising because it proposes that large-scale rainwater harvesting (RWH) systems can also lesson the threat of deadly flash flooding common to urban areas such as in Central and South Texas. By catching large amounts of the fast-falling rainwater and draining it slowly over several days, the RWH systems can decrease runoff and increase the amount that is absorbed into the ground and recharge zones, with economic benefits such as a flood control tax abatement and aquifer recharge credit.
WHAT IN THE WORLD ARE THEY SPRAYING?
Warning: potentially psychologically-upsetting graphic. This is a close look at how aluminum, barium and other substances from stratospheric aerosol geo-engineering programs could very well be destroying eco-systems around the world … losses to our economy might be incredible since tree growth will be decreased which will result in the loss of logging jobs; it is also causing the decline of naturally occurring plant and grass growth that occurs in the normally acidic soils of grazing pastures, resulting in the demise of our grazing industry, fishing industry, and worst of all, basic agriculture.
PARKINSON’S, NEURO-DEGENERATIVE DISEASES, AND PREMATURE AGING HAVE ALL BEEN ATTRIBUTED TO THIS INFAMOUS PRESERVATIVE
Sodium benzoate is a preservative that promotes cancer and kills healthy cells. This killer is flying under consumer radar with its user friendly tag line, “as a preservative” but this silent cell choker has found its way into thousands of products, even foods that are labeled as all natural. The FDA says it’s safe because the amount used to preserve foods is very low, but don’t ever combine it with vitamin C or E, as this causes benzene to be formed! Of course, this is dangerous. Benzene is a known carcinogen, which means it causes cancer. Never, ever mix vitamin C with pickles, peppers, salad dressings, jams, most condiments, vinegar, fruit juices, salsa, dips, shredded cheese, ketchup, or diet or regular soda. Don’t forget about mouthwash, toothpaste, cough syrup, cream, lotion, and hundreds of cosmetic products. So now why is it put in food? It’s the cheapest mold inhibiter on the market, so of course it’s all about the money.
MORE FEAR-MONGERING WITH FALLING SATELLITES
The world was gripped by the NASA UARS satellite that fell back to Earth recently – and now there’s another that’s plummeting back from orbit. In late October or early November a German satellite – called ROSAT- will plunge uncontrolled back to Earth. While slightly smaller than UARS, the German satellite is expected to have more pieces survive re-entry. The German space agency estimated that it has a 1-in-2000 chance of hitting someone – higher than the 1-in-3,200 odds NASA gave for UARS. But don’t forget, you have to multiply that number by the population of the planet, thereby getting a 1 in 13 TRILLION probability of getting hit, essentially negligible, especially compared to the 1:10,000 probability of drowning in a bathtub (so don’t let this next one take control of your fear center!).
THE EVIL OF HIGH-FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP
High-fructose corn syrup is the primary source of calories in the United States. Frightening, right? Cancer cells actually feed on high-fructose corn syrup after it is metabolized by the liver. A new study, published in the Expert Opinion on Therapeutic Targets, examined the link between refined sugar and cancer. The results add further evidence to the reports of many health experts and scientific studies that have drawn the connection between excess sugar consumption and the development of cancer.
19 STUDIES LINK GMO FOODS TO ORGAN DISRUPTION
A new paper demonstrates that consuming genetically modified (GM) food leads to significant organ disruptions in rats and mice. Researchers reviewed data from 19 studies and found that parameters including blood and urine biochemistry and organ weights were significantly disrupted in the GM-fed animals.
MEMORABLE WORDS FROM REAGAN, SNOW FOR THE FIRST TIME IN AUCKLAND NZ, WEIRD LIGHTNING, AND MUCH MORE
This video has lots of weather summaries for 2011 (yes, volatility is increasing), but moreover has a central message that I think you will find very interesting (especially given some of the shots).
As always, thanks for reading. I appreciate your interest. Until next week … connect the dots, be aware and seek out the ‘edge’ you need.
